Sofia is a key force in shaping the company’s direction and growth. As Marketing Director, she manages talent relationships end-to-end securing campaigns, advising on campaign execution, and organising busy diaries. Her strategic insight and creative leadership make her central to both day-to-day execution and big-picture decision-making.

Talent Manager
Alessia oversees campaign execution and client communication at VirALL People, working closely with brands and talent to deliver content that meets both creative and commercial goals. She supports influencers on set, attends in-person shoots, and actively sources new campaign opportunities to help creators grow. With a strong understanding of Gen Z marketing and digital culture, Alessia ensures seamless delivery across every stage of a campaign.
